How long does shipping take?
We use our own delivery fleet so expect around 2 to 3 business days for the order to be sent to your doorstep.
Do you provide free shipping?
Currently we provide free shipping for orders $99.00 and above (on a single invoice).
Can I self collect?
Yes! You can place an order to self-collect. However, please drop us an email and inform us about your time and date of collection so that we can prepare the order for you. Please also include your mobile number so we can contact you to confirm the collection.
The item I've received is defective, can I request for a refund?
Yes, of course! You can request for a return or a refund by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do remember to include your details, invoice number and a photo showing the defective good. Also, please make sure to place the item straight back into the box and do not temper with it.
You can opt for a refund (we will handle the collection) or a return and replace.
You have 7 days (upon delivery) to do this.
I've changed my mind after purchase, what should I do?
If you've changed your mind straight after you've placed an order, you can cancel it before we ship it out.
However, if we've already shipped it out, you can opt for a refund but only in our shop store credits (terms & conditions apply).
